Neon Relics was born from a deep love for stories that rarely make it into the spotlight—the ones told under neon signs, during the night shift, along empty highways, in small apartments, one horse towns, diners, motels, and dusty backroads. We started with a simple belief: that the Southwest is filled with remarkable voices and deeply human stories that deserve a home.

What began as a passion for local fiction grew into a vision for a press dedicated to atmosphere, community, and storytelling rooted in place. Based in New Mexico, Neon Relics exists to champion emerging writers, celebrate regional identity, and preserve the strange beauty, grit, solitude, humor, and wonder that dwells in the desert landscape
